The Blue Porcelain pedestal vase has a built-in flower frog to make flower arranging easier and avoid the need for wasteful floral foam or chicken wire. It can also be used to force bulbs, as the flower frog allows for them to sit just above the waterline to prevent rotting. This piece was both wheel thrown and hand built with porcelain and finished with a matte robins egg blue glaze.
