This pale pink ceramic taper candlestick holder was wheel-thrown and hand carved in my Chicago studio. Made slowly and intentionally on the pottery wheel, each piece carries subtle variations that reflect the touch of the hands that formed it—no two are exactly alike.
Stripes were hand carved into the surface and I used a soft pink glaze that has bits of brown speckles showing through.
